Welcome to Playground Solutions. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services and website, which can be accessed at https://playgroundsolutions.net/.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

Playground Solutions designs, delivers, and installs commercial and residential playground equipment. All services and transactions conducted through our website or in direct communication with our team are subject to the terms below.

2. Quotes and Orders

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed once you’ve approved the final design and submitted the required deposit or payment.
Custom equipment orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

3. Shipping Policy

We ship and install playground equipment across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and North Carolina.

Shipping times vary depending on the type of equipment and your location. Typical lead times are:

Delays may occur due to supplier timelines, weather, or delivery logistics, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping & Delivery Fees

Shipping costs are included in your quote unless otherwise stated. Larger or remote deliveries may incur additional charges, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

4. Delivery and Installation

Playground Solutions not only delivers your equipment, but we also professionally install it.

Installation Includes:

On-site delivery of all playground components
Assembly and installation according to manufacturer specifications
Site cleanup and final safety check

You’ll be provided with an estimated installation date once the product is ready to ship. We aim to complete installation within one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Important: You are responsible for preparing the installation site unless otherwise agreed. This includes clearing space, ensuring access for vehicles/equipment, and meeting any council or compliance requirements.

5. Warranties and Returns

Product Warranty

Most of our equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll provide warranty documents relevant to your product at the time of purchase.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of playground equipment, we do not accept returns or a change of mind. If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Playground Solutions purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. (This does not apply to "Gold Star Installations" since these are installed at the time of delivery.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges for deliveries and returns will be deducted from the refund.

6. Safety and Compliance

All equipment is built and installed to meet ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials Standards) F1487-21: Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Playground Equipment for Public Use.

However, the maintenance of the equipment after installation is the responsibility of the client. We recommend routine safety checks and maintenance to keep the playground in optimal condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

Playground Solutions is not liable for damages or delays caused by third-party shipping companies, weather events, or customer site readiness issues. We are also not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from improper use of the equipment after installation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is owned by Playground Solutions and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
