Children of all ages will be excited to step onboard the Alameda play equipment as it has everything they need to help them develop physically and mentally during the play session. The Vertical Ladder or Transfer Station can be used to clamber up onto the platform but children will usually choose one of the more interesting ways to get up. The Snake Climber requires alternating hand and foot movements to succeed and the Arch Climber adds a bend that makes getting up a little tricker but a lot more fun. Once they’ve reached the main platforms the excitement doesn’t stop, with a Right Turn Slide, Wave Slide and Double Slide to choose from and an Arch Bridge to run back and forth over. It’s important for children to express their creativity and the Alameda offers numerous opportunities to exercise their minds. There’s a Ship’s Wheel for potential pirate action and a Lookout Deck just above it to scan the horizon for land or enemies. A Tic Tac Toe Panel encourages game play and the Store Panel allows for a range of imaginative role playing.
