The Grand Rapids outdoor play equipment has been designed to stimulate kids in a variety of ways whether they’re whizzing around fast on the Standing Orbital Spinner, maneuvering a rock face on the Rock Hole Climber or playing pretend on the Store Panel. The Pebble Climber with Rails features 8 circular platforms with a tactile surface for excellent traction and helps children to learn how to balance as they step forwards and upwards at the same time. An Arch Bridge links the two sections and could easily be a pathway across a raging river below before children have to clamber through the Tube Bridge which has small holes to spy out of. A long Wave Slide offers a bumpy ride below and an Inverted Arch Ladder will be easy to climb up but not so easy to get down backwards. There’s a Metal Barrier with Ship’s Wheel on the lookout deck above for the captain and another one directly below for the first mate when it comes to steering the Grand Rapids down a river, out to sea, or even into space.
